Knights of Columbus

GW Knights of Columbus, Council 13242

The GW Knights of Columbus is a vehicle for Catholic men on campus to develop an authentic and mature Catholic spirituality. As Knights, we devote ourselves to serving the community through service projects like painting St. Stephen Martyr’s parish hall and raising money for the Kennedy Institute for developmentally disabled adults. We participate in Newman Center activities and strive to be some of its most active members. We also participate in service projects with Knights from DC, Virginia, Georgetown University, Catholic University, American University and Howard University. We sponsor campus talks, retreats, and many other activities. We work with other campus organizations to promote the sanctity of all human life. We strive to live as Catholic gentlemen, proclaiming the Gospel by the daily examples of our lives. We are committed to speaking the truth in the classroom and on campus
